Provençal-style duck wings

Tender and flavorful duck wings.

Ingredients:

• Duck wings
• Provençal spice blend (including Herbes de Provence)
• Tomatoes
• Natural coloring
• Olive oil
• Salt

Cooking instructions: Reheat the duck wings in a water bath, in their sealed bag, for 10 to 15 minutes. Once removed from the bag, brown them in the oven under the grill (broiler) setting for 3 to 4 minutes for perfect crispiness.
